Turkish diaspora

The term Turkish diaspora refers to the estimated population of Turkish people in the world living outside of Turkey. Note that this differs from the Turkic peoples living mostly in Northern and Central Asia, who are distinct ethnic groups, speaking languages belonging to the Turkic language family.^[1]
